We moved to the Garrett Rise site in Heighington in November 2017. Its a really spacious estate and not crammed in like other new build housing sites! the quality is excellent and they allowed us to add our own finishing touches to any area we liked. We have a really generous garden size and lovely views both front and back. Its a really well thought out development with a mixture of housing types. Also if you do require any assistance the customer care team look after you whenever you need them. Big Thumbs up from us. Steve & Melissa Roberts
Purchased a Lindum Homes house in April '16. The estate is well designed and the selection of external materials across the site are of a good quality. The layout of the house itself is good and the gardens are of a decent size. The only thing lacking in my house in particular is the number of electrical sockets, however our purchase was at too late a stage in the construction process to be rectified. Minor defects are dealt with in a prompt and accommodating matter. Will definitely be considering Lindum Homes for a future house.

If they offered a timber cutting service we would buy all our timber from here but they don't so only 4 stars - They have missed out on thousands of pounds of timber sales just from us alone. Took my Focus in for an evaluation for scratches and dents on the rear right hand wheel arch and was quoted a price well below what most places in Lincoln were quoting me. Just picked up the car today and all I can say is wow! It looks brand new and you'd never guess there had been any scratches in the first place. Would highly recommend using these guys. Rick and the team were helpful all the way though from start to pickup.
The cost of the repair to my car after someone hit it and drove off was well within what I expected to pay. If i didn't know that there was damage, I'd never guess. I'm very pleased with the end result and quarry bodyworks were able to do the job on a day of my choice. Hopefully, i won't be needing to visit again lol. But should i need assistance in the future i know where to go.

Richard is our go-to locksmith; he fitted all our new locks when we moved house, came out to help us with the dodgy old burglar alarm installed by previous owners, and then fitted our new alarm as well. He always answers the phone when he can and if he can't he's quick to call back. He's helped us out in some pretty stressful times and I really appreciate it. He's a solid bloke and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a reliable locksmith.

Excellent service, we had a leak from our water pump. Rang Mel about half 5 in the evening, he turned up about half an hour later. Found the problem, replaced the pump and tested the system. Very professional, would defiantly use again and recommend to friends.
As a landlord I need to be associated with tradesmen that not only know their trade but are reliable, punctual, honest and thorough in their work. I found that Efficiency HPE were all of this and more. I needed a gas fire that had failed its safety check repairing and recommissioning. HPE were significantly cheaper than other quotes and the work was complete the next day, no fuss, no mess just perfect results. Ok so my car went in for several things but they've not been able to sort one issue due to Renault 'redesigning' the electric handbrake. Mark who owns the company, has gone above and beyond to ensure I've had a vehicle while this is being sorted, even to staying late to get another car road ready for me to borrow. All the team at Whites of Lincoln are a great bunch and will try their best to help you. They also use a company called Payment Assist for any unexpected bills that will allow you to pay your bill back in 4 monthly instalments. Whites of Lincoln, you have truly been a lifesaver!

Really enjoyed my time with Annicare. Great staff that are always happy to help, and do everything they can to get you the work you want as and when you want it. They offered training courses throughout the year, and for a small fee refresher courses that I really enjoyed. I've since been offered a fulltime position elsewhere but i'd always happily go back to Annicare, and several of my friends now work for them.

What a little gem of a find, and only ten minutes away from us. I wish we'd found it ages ago ! The food is delicious and almost impossible to finish. So much food, so much choice, and a lovely setting in a little conservatory with the potting shed at the side ! We went for my daughter's birthday and she adored it. Its so cute ! Mismatched crockery is my favourite, and the food served on the 3 tier cake stands is reminiscent of a Victoria tea party. More than worth the five stars.

I find the library staff here to be very helpful.and am grateful to them for giving up the there free time. I would hate to have to go into Lincoln Library. Obviously I would prefer longer opening times but I have adapted to the times on offer.

Richard is our go-to locksmith; he fitted all our new locks when we moved house, came out to help us with the dodgy old burglar alarm installed by previous owners, and then fitted our new alarm as well. He always answers the phone when he can and if he can't he's quick to call back. He's helped us out in some pretty stressful times and I really appreciate it. He's a solid bloke and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a reliable locksmith.

The taxi drivers are really friendly and helpful and give an excellent service which is more than can be said for the Office/receptionist ... the taxi was sent to the wrong place despite me spelling it out to her. She does not appear to listen ... a more accommodating person on the phone would make this company more approachable. I am using someone else now as I don't trust the woman on the phone to send my taxi. If I could ring the guy in the car direct there would be no problem

I do highly rate this vets, used them for years. David, the proprietor, if you have the luck to see him, Is everything a vet should be in my opinion. He has seen many of my pets over the years, from first injection to the very end. Hugely compassionate in their opinions here. This particular visit was dealt with humanity and compassion despite it being traumatic. I've had some bad experiences with vets who seem out of their depth dealing with exotics in the past so I wouldn't take an animal anywhere else now. Very highly recommended

Brilliant vets, lovely staff. I am very fussy about who deals with my dog as have had bad experiences in the past and they are so lovely with him, very knowledge and their pricings are extremely reasonable.
Good appointment times, and also drop in surgery, friendly service my dog loves going even when he doesn't need to.

The online booking system is very misleading as it lets you select the delivery and pickup dates only to be told afterwards that those dates aren't available (weekend for example) by which time you have already paid your money.
